Our first collaborators are Ulrike, Annelieke, + Sandira; members of the BeeWisdom Network in Alentejo, Portugal. Sandira is also the author of the recently published book, “Bee Wisdom: Teachings from The Hive”

Our second collaborator is Alison Yahna, founder of the Artemis Smiles Honeybee Sanctuary on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The Mayan Melipona Bee Sanctuary Project

Our last group we hope to film with is the Mayan Melipona Bee Sanctuary Project based in Valladolid, Mexico. This is a non-profit organization founded by Rebecca Robertson, which is dedicated to the conservation of the endangered Melipona Stingless Bees, creation of more bee sanctuaries, preserving ancient traditions, as well as empowering Mayan beekeepers.
